Looks For Less: Chemises

January 15, 2009 by Kelly

Even if you don’t have the money to spend on expensive lingerie, it doesn’t mean you don’t have the taste for it! I’ve found a range of lookalike pieces that may help satisfy your craving for some of the more costly, but gorgeous, chemises out there right now. Under each row of pictures are links to the websites where you can purchase each of the pieces to make your own look. I can’t say that the less expensive pieces will all live up to the inspirations, in cut or fabric quality. But if you’re on a budget or still experimenting with what you like and what looks best on you, these could be some nice guilt-free alternatives.

Chantelle Chantilly Chemise (UK/US); Victoria’s Secret Satin & Chantilly Lace Slip; Leg Avenue Belle Du Jour Mini Dress

Simone Perele Paradis Ivory Nightdress; VS Logo Lace Halter Babydoll; Dreamy Stretch Lace Babydoll and Thong Set (use our exclusive coupon code “lingeriepost” to get the price shown above!)

Andres Sarda Nora Chemise & Thong Set; Mary Green Stretch Silk Satin Doll Chemise (UK/US); Frederick’s Satin & Lace Chemise

    Kelly, you’re a moneysaving marvel!

It’s near on impossible to tell the difference between the expensive and cheaper chemises and shows we don’t have to stop looking sexy just because there’s a credit crunch!

Aw Michelle, I’m blushing! When you see as much lingerie as I do, you notice lookalikes!
